The sun shines, perfect weather to relax outside and enjoy Easter.
Happy Easter ❤ ❤ ❤
Finally it’s time again. You can throw your winter coat and thick sweater behind you and enjoy the sun and nature.
Of course don’t forget the camera and photograph the colours of spring.
All the photos above were taken in the park. The next one I found on my way home at a shop in a flower pot. I just liked the colors and had to photograph it 🙂
I hope my photos bring you some spring mood into the house ❤ ❤ ❤
In my last post, I showed a T-shirt with a dinosaur panel.
I have loved fabric panels since I discovered them a year and a half ago.
The panels for the door or also for the wall are made so fast and so simple. Meanwhile I make them in less than an hour hihi.
There you can see how many I made and gave away.
Most of the ones I sewed were with winter or christmas motives.
This is the second one I made for a colleague. Unfortunately, I forgot to photograph the first panel. She chose the panel and I sewed it.
I think this one with the cherry blossoms is beautiful, but it would not suit my interior.
The panel is not crooked as in the photo. I only used 2 hangers to hang it up, but there are 3 sewn hangers on the panel. So it fits and looks even 🙂
For all who also want to sew a panel, definitely take Vylene for inside. Then the panel is much more beautiful and not so thin.
I sewed so many things for Miss M, but never anything for her little brother!
Last year I started a project for him which is very time-consuming and so that he doesn’t have to wait so long, I put this T-shirt in between.
I found the Jersey panel a few weeks ago on the internet and thought about David.
Like most 5 year old boys he loves dinosaurs.
David, this is for you 🙂
Today I actually would have had my first sewing course – day this year.
But I had something else in mind.
However, in order to do something with my favourite hobby today, I had the idea to photograph a part of my sewing supplies.
Yes, I have also photographed needles and scissors, but I have then decided for more colorful motifs here.
Here you go 🙂
I wish you all a Happy New Year.
I had prepared so well for the fireworks with my camera. But then came – almost nothing.
That was so disappointing, because I was looking forward to good photos.
Apparently most people bought firecrackers, which make hellish noise to greet the new year, but are unfortunately nothing to photograph.
Unfortunately the fireworks this time were very far away. Last year I had it right in front of my house. This time I only had the stupid firecrackers in front of my house.
Next time I will put definitely my bigger lens to the side, so that I can change fast. I think with 100mm or even more I would have got better photos.
If you want to know which settings I had on the camera, here are the dates:
Camera: Canon 5DII
Lenses: 24-70 2.8L
Focal length: 70mm
Iso: 100
Exposure time: 6 seconds
Important: Tripod
Today I was at my best friend’s and my godchild’s to give them my Christmas presents. And of course to also get presents hihi
They live a few miles from me.
When I arrived at their place I saw that there was hoar frost everywhere on the trees and plants.
Unfortunately I didn’t have my camera with me but only my mobile phone to take photos. When I was back home I had hoped that I had hoarfrost too, so I could take better photos, but there was nothing there. Too bad.
There you can see what a few miles for a difference make. The air at the house of my friend is more humid because of the stream nearby, her house is a little more open with more wind. My house is in the middle of the city.
On the photos you can see what cold, humid air and wind create for works of art. It looks like every plant suddenly got needles.
Even cobwebs suddenly look like works of art
I would go there again to take real photos, but I saw in the garden after a few hours that the hoarfrost has changed, that the beautiful shape got lost.

My thanks goes to those who have put the translations of the Bible in so many languages on the Internet. I hope no one will mind that I used these lines.
OMG, is this really the fourth Sunday of Advent?
Time has raced. Fortunately I did everything I wanted to do.
I also sewed presents but unfortunately I forgot to photograph them before I gave them as gifts.
Edit:
If you look at all 4 photos with the candles on the Advent wreath, you will see that it has gone from very bad on the first photo to almost perfect on this one. The first photo took so long that it was already dark outside. The other two I had taken during the day and looked better.
The trick is to spotlight. I had wondered all the time why the photo looked so bad in the beginning and then googled how to photograph candles.
So I bought small studio lamps for the last photo and lightened the motive with the candles. And voilà it worked 😀
